We have previously mentioned Computers for the Blind, which provides refurbished desktops to blind people for $110, and notebooks for $160. Now, while supplies last, recipients of SSI can get a computer for $50:

Now, it's me just getting a decent Braille Display. I figure that out, I'll be flying Deaf-Blind! Laughing!
